The past few days I have been downright freezing. Truthfully, I am not even sure how that is really possible since the weather has been around 55 degrees, but alas, I am still cold. After several weeks of abnormally warm temperatures and picture perfect days, I guess I forgot that fall was in full swing already. I LOVE fall. It is absolutely beautiful here in Boise, Idaho and this fall has been breathtakingly gorgeous. Absolutely post-card perfection. One of my favorite things about fall beyond the foliage has to be the food, and this particular spicy turkey taco chili couldn’t have come around at a better time. It has just enough kick to warm you up, which is just what the doctor ordered as far as I am concerned.
