I was just wondering where you get some of your spices and condiments (for example the cardamom from your Paleo Cinnamon Coconut Breakfast Bowl). I live in Memphis, TN and some of the spices I see in your recipes I’ve never heard of and can’t seem to find. And I’d prefer to buy local when possible.

    Thanks!

      Hi Adrian!
Most of the spices I use can be found in just about any supermarket spice section. Cardamom is a pretty typical one, usually located by the cinnamon, so it shouldn’t be too hard to find. I always use pink Himalayan salt in my recipes because it is a very pure salt and overall better for you. I typically buy that at Costco for price reasons, the Kirkland brand one, but I know you can find it at most grocery stores as well. Hope that helps!

Yes it does! Guess I’ll just have to look a little harder at the spice racks next time. :) Thank you so much for taking the time to reply! Can’t wait to try the breakfast bowl.
